Biography
David has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University, his law degree from The University of Baltimore School of Law, and master's of law in taxation from Temple University School of Law. He is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has been practicing law since 1984. His practice areas include trial litigation, real estate, criminal law and corporate planning.
