$25 Will Writing Service

In 1994, David Hopkins relocated from Philadelphia back to his home town of DuBois. He had no clients and began to write wills for an unheard of price of $25.00. The plan was to write wills for $25.00 for six months hoping to attract clients who would be impressed with the quality and timeliness of the legal work and come back for additional legal work. The $25.00 will concept was incredibly successful. Many older people on fixed incomes came for wills as did many young people starting families.

People were so appreciative of getting an important legal document prepared at a bargain basement price that more than two decades later, Hopkins Heltzel still writes wills for $25.00 because we think it is important for people to have a will, and it is a public service from our law firm to our clients.
